There is a coercive genius to the Black Lives Matter movement. Seven years after forming "in response" to the acquittal of a Hispanic civil rights activist and Obama supporter named George Zimmerman, who shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in self-defense, this Marxist-led organization has emerged at the forefront of a brainwashing campaign that has caused masses of Americans to embrace mob rule over law and order, racial strife over patriotism, lies over facts, and to develop a deep and abiding hatred of themselves and their country. How? By turning every statistically rare shooting of a black man by police into "another Trayvon," regardless of the circumstances around each shooting -- and regardless of the circumstances around Trayvon.

John Wayne's critique of the anti-American message of High Noon begins with what is, yes, the preposterous notion that American pioneers, who had crossed the plains in covered wagons to settle the West, would readily surrender their town to three bandits. This may make movie fans see the film in a new light. It certainly gave me a better understanding of the communist messaging in the script written by Carl Foreman, a former member of the Communist Party. I have been reading a fascinating book -- Final Verdict by Adela Rogers St. Johns. It is a memoir about her father, Earl Rogers, a California superstar defense attorney in the early part of the 20th century.

St Johns was a highly successful and wonderful writer, screenwriter and journalist. What really sets this 1962 book apart from anything I have read before is her unique perspective on her protagonist -- her brilliant, charming, but, of course, flawed father. She didn't come to know her father as most children do; after work, on weekends, and so on, a child gradually pulling a father into focus along the way to maturity. As a very young girl -- her feet still didn't touch the floor under her chair -- Adela Rogers became what is best described as her father's professional confidante. I am reading through a soon-to-be-published book, Disinformation: Soviet Political Warfare 1917-1992, by Natalie Grant. Besides becoming one of the pre-eminent experts in communist political warfare of the 20th century, Grant, who died in 2002, was born and raised in pre-revolutionary Russia and witnessed the revolution and civil war that followed. I will likely have something to say about the book as a whole, but for now I am busy underlining  definitions and observations, a couple of which I will copy here.

Continuing to rummage through my clip box, I came across a piece I wrote when I was just a couple of years out of college, which is to say, I knew nothing about Roy Cohn and even less about his most famous boss, Sen. Joseph McCarthy. Nonetheless, it was 1986, Cohn was in the news, and there I was at his Upper East Side townhouse, getting the inside skinny, or something.

Until today, I had not laid eyes on this piece in the intervening decades. At some point, though, especially after my post-2008 acquaintance with the legend and life of Joseph McCarthy, which started here, I began to wonder what in tarnation I might have written.

This (above) is a screenshot of the Twitter account of the late Mike Adams. I just saw the horrendous news that the professor and columnist and pro-life / free speech warrior was found dead of a gunshot wound earlier this week in his home in North Carolina. He was 55. 

Adams' employer, the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, had recently hounded him into early retirement over the baying-for-blood outcry over a tweet, a statement of honest, painful opinon grounded in bitter irony, protesting the loss of liberty in the Corona lockdown.

Lucky Joe Biden has received a new endorsement. This one comes from a former vice presidential candidate -- a Communist Party vice presidential candidate. That would be Angela Davis, who ran on the Communist Party USA ticket with Gus Hall (John Brennan's 1976 favorite) in 1980 and 1984, after receiving those East German honors (above) in 1972.

Davis, a ideological inspiration for Black Lives Matter, came out for Creepy Joe on Russian government TV -- no kidding.

But how appropriate. Before becoming synomomous with enabling (and Hunter benefiting from) the rise of the Red Chinese military threat, Biden's political career was boosted by the pro-Moscow support from Council for a Liveable World and Al Gore Sr.

I don't see this election as being about choosing a candidate who will be able to lead us in the right direction. Army Chief of Staff Douglas MacArthur consults Major George S. Patton (center) on Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.

In his memoir, Reminscences, General Douglas MacArthur provides an illuminating account of the Bonus Army riots in the summer of 1932, which, as Army Chief of Staff, he would help quell after District of the Columbia requested assistance.

MacArthur's account highlights some striking similarities with recent Black LIves Matter/Antifa rioting in the nation's capital, especially when it comes to his overview of the tense situation in these final months of the Herbert Hoover administration.

Not reading a word of Chinese, I can't evaluate it. I can, however, link to a 1968 declaration by Chairman Mao, recently referenced by Cliff Kincaid here, titled, "Support for the Afro-American Struggle Against Violent Repression." The map above looks more like a battle plan of action and it is hard not to see the similarities to a map of American cities finally on fire more than 50 years later.

Back in October 2019, I abandoned an essay I had begun about Andy McCarthy's book, Ball of Collusion, regarding his statement of faith in the Intelligence Community/Mueller Report finding that "Russia" "hacked" the DNC. As many will recall, the evidence for this finding is a redacted draft report submitted to the FBI by a DNC contractor, Crowdstrike. 

After the recent release of December 2017 testimony of Crowdstrike co-founder (and Mueller protege) Shawn Henry in which Henry admits that Crowdstrike had no evidence for this foundational charge, I found myself thinking about that essay fragment (below), and wondering about all the corrections (including in McCarthy's book) that become mandatory to straighten out a badly twisted record. Messaging on Twitter in these corona times is revealing all kinds of new fissures. Take the Twitter account of OANN's Jack Posobiec. Having racked up around 750K followers on Twitter, Posobiec has perplexed some conservatives of late for having come out as an enthusiast for the corona lockdown and for Bill Gates. This is something of a redundancy since Bill Gates is the Big Daddy of Corona Lockdown, at least until the economy is completely dead and the New Vaccine Order begins.





In these same corona times, more tweets in defense of Bill Gates caught my eye -- in this case by David Horowitz. This became a little interesting on learning, also via Twitter, that Horowitz was a mentor of Posobiec.

According to this priceless report in The Guardian from November 30, 2017, Chinese state media described the meeting between Barack Obama and Xi, which took place two weeks after President Trump's state visit to Beijing, as a meeting of "veteran cadres." 

If you are a lifelong communist, "veteran cadre" is a term of veneration. If you are a former president if the United States, "veteran cadre" is a term of treason.

The Imperial College London computer model predicting 500,000 deaths in the UK, spurring draconian quarantine measures by Boris Johnson's government and also our government, has been -- what is the best word? Tweaked? Adjusted? 

Epidemiologist Neil Ferguson put it out there that his initial estimate of 500,000 deaths might be a titch high. Now he thinks the death toll could be something like 20,000 British people, and maybe not even that many. And about that 18 month quarantine Ferguson called for?
