Dying suddenly at home on May 7, Tawny Kitaen made big headlines for the first time in many years, also drawing my eye for the first time ever. Who was this woman whose death at age 59 led the Daily Mail on Page One, inspired a tender obit in the New York Times and a full round of entertainment and celebrity write-ups?
Tawny Kitaen was a zeitgeist girl of the 1980s, a "video vixen" on emerging MTV, which had aimed a new vector of sexualized pop culture -- music videos -- at middle America and its children. Suddenly, in a new way, every teen, and then every "tween," was a "soft" porn consumer, and we were all off on the yellow brick road to Cardi B. But I digress. Tawny Kitaen pulled off that road a long time ago, and it certainly wasn't her doing. Growing up, she found herself moving in the middle of a fast-moving culture, and she jumped in, age 14. It was at Peter Frampton's 1976 concert at Balboa Stadium in San Diego. where, according to TMZ, "she got a backstage pass and saw the All-Access VIP treatment Peter's GF, Penny, received, and that was it. She was hooked."
Two daughters, two husbands, a one-year affair with OJ Simpson, a splintering of drug and domestic crack-ups/rehab and 45 years later, Tawny Kitaen died this month at her home in Newport Beach, California. "The Orange County, Calif. coroner’s office," Variety reported, "stated that she died at her home in Newport Beach on Friday morning, but a cause of death has not been revealed."
The cause of death could be a million things. Given these times of official deception and media censorship /narrative enforcement around the risky Covid shot, the question has to be asked: Was Tawny Kitaen another Covid shot casualty?
The only possible clue out there -- besides the sudden death at home at a premature age -- is an exchange she had on Twitter in January.
Tawny Kitaen wanted the vaccine and prayed for the vaccine, having been cruelly decieved to believe it was the way to get to back to life again.
Did she get the shot? Did it kill her? Will we ever know?
UPDATE:
Brother Jordan Kitaen tells TMZ
police have spoken to the family, telling them there was nothing found at the scene suggesting drugs, pills or alcohol were a factor in her death ... and no signs she took her own life, either.
However, Jordan says Tawny was devastated by the recent death of her father, who passed away April 12 after a long battle with skin cancer. He believes the death was too much for Tawny's system to handle, especially because their dad's funeral was just days away when she died. ...
Jordan tells us he last spoke with Tawny Thursday, the night before she died, and she was in a good mood and excited about Mother's Day plans with her kids.
