I hope you had a chance to watch my interview with Elsa Scheider during her Truth Summit. The interviews are behind a paywall now, but, hey, if you pop for the series, you get 21 fascinating interviews for the price and when you think about the untold hours of work on everyone's part it's probably a bargain. But still. Anyway, it was a great series of interviews -- and here, for free, is where many of us rejoined as a panel to take stock

As a coda, I thought I'd post this comment on my interview with Elsa. It's now ten years after the publication of American Betrayal, and I appreciate the commenter's frankness, which shows how disinformation work and tells me why it was that Frontpage turned down Bukovsky's essay about American Betrayal. Thanks again to Elsa for her committment to the truth and everyone seeking it.

I greatly appreciate your interview with Diana West, and am a bit humbled by it. You see, I read and admired "Death of the Grownup", and have "American Betrayal" packed away, unread. Why unread? Well I vaguely recall how the FrontPageMag controversy just caused me to put the book aside and rather dismiss Diana, without really giving the matter the serious consideration it warranted. I had no idea that Stanton Evans and Vladimar Bukovsky had lauded Betrayal, and would have less readily accepted FPM's treatment had I known that. I have lived my life merely on the fringe of the world of ideas, but given your enthusiasm for her second book, I will have to dig it out of my archive.  ...

New readers, when I said "disinformation," I meant it, as you will see even in this one partial page from The Rebuttal: Defending American Betrayal from the Book-Burners, which is only the first of many rebuttals I had to write to set the record straight. Even so, as the comment above shows, disinformation is a pernicious thing.
